The future of medicine is personalized—and we turn it into reality

At PGXperts GmbH in Fürth, we are developing a groundbreaking innovation that makes personalized medication possible for everyone. Every person metabolizes differently—and processes medications in their own unique way. What works for one person may have little effect on another. Standard therapies do not work the same for everyone. This is exactly where we come in: Our PGXperts system supports physicians in making therapies more precise, effective, and safer. Now we are now looking for you as an IT Manager (m/f/d).

You are responsible for the stable, secure, and sustainable operation of our IT systems and work with your team to continuously develop our server, network, and cloud environments.

For us, IT is more than just infrastructure—it is the foundation for innovations that improve medical decisions and change patients’ lives for the better.

Would you like to use your expertise to help make personalized medication accessible to everyone? Then you’ve come to the right place in the PGXperts Team.

You can look forward to

A permanent employment contract with flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation.

Flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, and creative freedom.

Attractive employee discounts and business bike leasing.

A free pharmacogenetic test for individual analysis of drug efficacy.

Your responsibilities

  • You will take on the role of Scrum Master and ensure clear processes and efficient collaboration within the IT team.
  • You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure and remain hands-on.
  • You will design a strategic, scalable IT architecture for our international growth.
  • You drive automation, DevOps, and infrastructure topics (e.g., CI/CD, IaC).
  • You are responsible for the stable, secure, and sustainable operation of our IT systems and work with your team to continuously develop our server, network, and cloud environments.

Your contribution

  • You have a degree or vocational training in IT and several years of experience in IT infrastructure.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Linux, network technology, virtualization, containers, and automation.
  • You have knowledge of IT security and common standards such as ISO 27001.
  • Ideally, you have gained initial leadership experience.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are fluent in German and English at a business level.

Let’s rethink the future of medicine together

Complex projects require diverse minds. At our company, you will encounter an international team that embodies team spirit and views different perspectives as the key to success. We look forward to your support and fresh ideas. We look forward to meeting you!
