You are responsible for the stable, secure, and sustainable operation of our IT systems and work with your team to continuously develop our server, network, and cloud environments.

Your responsibilities
- You will take on the role of Scrum Master and ensure clear processes and efficient collaboration within the IT team.
- You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure and remain hands-on.
- You will design a strategic, scalable IT architecture for our international growth.
- You drive automation, DevOps, and infrastructure topics (e.g., CI/CD, IaC).
- You are responsible for the stable, secure, and sustainable operation of our IT systems and work with your team to continuously develop our server, network, and cloud environments.
Your contribution
- You have a degree or vocational training in IT and several years of experience in IT infrastructure.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Linux, network technology, virtualization, containers, and automation.
- You have knowledge of IT security and common standards such as ISO 27001.
- Ideally, you have gained initial leadership experience.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are fluent in German and English at a business level.
