Spin-off and closing of seed funding
Fürth, June 19, 2024 – Following the spin-off of PGXperts GmbH from HMG Systems Engineering GmbH on 1st January 2024, a capital increase is now taking place. PGXperts GmbH, based in Fürth, has successfully closed its seed round. The focus is on marketing and international expansion of the PGXperts solutions.
